Initial intake session: $200

50-minute individual session: $180

We are currently accepting new out-of-pocket/self-pay clients and those paneled with BCBS PPO, United Healthcare and Aetna insurance for tele-therapy services.

We do offer a limited number of sliding scale spots, please email us if you would like to discuss pricing.

 
  • Yes, we accept BCBS PPO, Aetna, and United Healthcare insurance. Please contact your insurance provider directly to verify your out-of-network benefits and how you may be reimbursed for some of the cost associated with my services. Be sure to ask:

    • Does my plan provide out-of-network reimbursement for mental health?


    • Is there a deductible I need to meet before you will start to reimburse me?


    • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?


    • What percentage of the fee do you cover?


    *Note — We will provide a monthly super-bill receipt for your insurance reimbursement if you'd like. Please contact us for more information.

  • Yes, we offer one free 20 minute session to make sure both client and therapist feel it's a good therapeutic fit.

  • Yes, absolutely! Please let us know that this is something you are interested in.

  • Yes! Therapy is available to all, regardless of location.

  • You are charged at the time of service.

  • We ask for 24 hours notice or you will be charged the full session fee.

  • Email info@Psychsomatica.com to set up your initial appointment and you will be sent over the intake paperwork via email. We ask that you return the paperwork 48 hours prior to your first session or the first 20 minutes of the session will be spent filling it out together.
