We do therapy differently here
Join us…
If you’re here, something in you is calling for change.
Maybe you feel stuck, disconnected, or like you’ve been running in circles with the same old patterns. Maybe the world’s chaos is pressing in, and your nervous system is waving the white flag. Whatever brought you here—welcome. You are not alone.
At Psychsomatica, we do therapy differently. We blend trauma-focused, somatic therapy with a coaching model, allowing us to meet you where you are—literally. Anytime, anywhere, because healing shouldn’t be gated behind red tape and rigid office walls.
Let’s be real: the healthcare system is broken, capitalism is burning us out, and society wasn’t exactly designed with your liberation in mind. The result? A collective crisis of exhaustion, anxiety, and bodies carrying more than their fair share of generational weight. But here’s the thing—healing is possible, and it doesn’t have to be a solo mission.
We believe in therapy as collective care—a radical act of reclaiming your well-being in a world that would rather see you numb.
Our therapists work with the body and the nervous system, untangling the knots of trauma and outdated survival strategies that keep you feeling stuck. We integrate a range of modalities to help you unlearn, relearn, and reclaim the fullness of your life.
This is a collaborative process. One rooted in safety, trust, and deep care. You don’t have to perform or contort yourself to fit in here—come exactly as you are. Messy, raw, questioning, hopeful, or hesitant—it’s all welcome.
Together, we’ll move toward the life you’ve been aching for. One that feels free, expansive, and truly yours.
